Our fulfillment hub is still open, and we’ve put some measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff with split shifts, heightened hygiene measures, and social distancing.
We’ve spoken with all of our couriers to ensure deliveries continue as normal and are passed through our network without contact.
Can I still order online?
Absolutely. You can still order online as normal, and due to the demand placed on couriers at present, delivery can take up to five days.
Are your Customer Services still open?
Yes, we are still operating as normal from our homes. However, given we are now all working from home, we’re currently not able to take calls by phone. But, we are still available by e-mail during the hours of 9am-5pm. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
I’m self-isolating, can I still receive my delivery?
Yes, all of our deliveries are now contactless.
Do you have a no-contact delivery process in place?
Yes. All of our carriers are now providing a no contact delivery only.
For all deliveries, all drivers will note where the item was left and take a photograph.
For Flats and Apartments, items will be placed in foyers, communal hallways, or doorways.
For houses, our drivers will place your items in your driveway, rear garden or garage.
Are you changing your returns policy during this time?
Yes, we’ve extended our returns period to 100 days, so you have peace of mind and don’t have to leave the house until really necessary.
